| The view from the front door of the Villa Marcus is wonderful and guests can see the sea and beach on the left and the mountain on the right. The views from the Villa Marcus are wonderful from the Heated Swimming Pool as well as the terrace and veranda, and the sandy beach is only 10 minutes walk. Experience has taught us that guests want villas with lots of towels, and lots of private spaces. We also know that almost all of our lettings are to guests who expect the nicer things. Guests want constant hot water, and who want a dishwater and washing machine that work. Guests who want a large BBQ and lots of choices. Our guests have been a wealth of great ideas. We have acted on these ideas and we are constantly improving. For example the Villa Marcus, Villa Alison and Villa Olji all have at least 3 TV/DVD's as well as at least 5 toilets. Imagine 15 people in the morning queuing for one loo. | |

| This is the large living room. There is seating for at least 17. We expect most guests to eat on the veranda, looking to the beach and pool. We spent Christmas choosing the furniture. We have chosen modern settees for the lounge with original Turkish Carpets. There is a range of electronic entertainment including widescreen TV with DVD and HiFi etc. The hob is "flat ceramic" and the fridge freezer is extra large. | |

| The ensuite master bedrooms have a Changing room and bathroom. The Stairs are marble with a wonderful polished balustrade. We have copied all the best features of villas we have stayed at. First and foremost we wanted villas that guests would look forward to coming back to. We wanted guests to go home and show off to their family and friends the fabulous place they stayed. Unlike some villas which guests are afraid to move around in case something gets damaged, the Villa Marcus, Villa Alison and Villa Olji are designed for enjoyment. We have avoided marble floors which stain if you spill wine, and become a skating ring when they are wet. | |

| The Master bedroom has a large sitting area with TV and DVD as well as a changing room and bathroom. Guests can walk from the master bedroom onto the balcony. The furniture and bedding are all new. We have tried to address all the "wants" that previous guests have suggested. Not just adult needs but children's needs too. The Marcus Villa is closest to the Beach, Tennis Court and Restaurant. It may have a smaller garden than the Villa Alison but it has a wonderful old Vanilla tree which gives wonderful privacy from the road. The Villa Marcus has a wonderfully wide patio all around the swimming pool The Villa Marcus has sea and beach views, and is only 10 minutes walk to a sandy beach. On the way you can stop off and play tennis or drink a cool drink at a local restaurant. There are so many things for guests to do and see. We offer a first class professional service to our guests. On arrival you will be met at the Villa, guests are given a Welcome Hamper with tea, Milk, soft drinks (in the fridge) and some light snacks. Guests can upgrade their Welcome Hamper (charges apply). Usually most guests arrive at night or very early in the morning, and when this is the case, and guests prefer, we try to ensure guests can go to bed as soon as they can. In this case we limit ourselves to "Security and Health & Safety issues", and return the following day to explain everything else in more detail . Each guest Group is given a folder on arrival with lots if information about their villa as well as whose who and what do do type information. Guests normally come to the Restaurant. (See Menu) at 10.00am on their first morning and have breakfast. Sid normally gives a short talk, answers questions and sorts out care hire, trips and shopping ect. When guests leave after breakfast somebody will normally go back to the villa with them, and show them everything: How DVD's, Washing Machine, Satellite, pool lights etc. After Breakfast Sid normally can arrange a trip for the Food Shopping. Somebody will normally go back to the villa with guests and shown them how everything works: TV, DVD etc. Guests who wish to rent one of our main Villas may also rent the Tennis Court Suite, which has 2 large bedrooms, a luxury bathroom and large living room and kitchenette, and is ideal for up to 6 extra guests.
