Car Hire/Airport Transfers

Car hire/transfers can be arranged in 2 ways.

1.    Guests can do it all independently including transfers and car hire.

2.    We can arrange guest's transfer to and from the  airport, however it is subject to availability. This must be booked and paid for at least 28 days prior to arrival at the villa, and guests can then hire a car from one of the many local car companies. This is almost always much cheaper. Car hire in Alanya is considerably cheaper than at the airport, and many guests also realize that they do not need a care for the entire length of their holiday. 3.    Transfer is based on up to 8 people and is £120 each way and is usually provided by minibus or coach and both have Air Conditioning (Arrival and Departure information). There is an extra charge of £10 per person over 8 people.

For example

        4 guests collected and returned to airport:        (£120) X 2 = £240 (£120 each way)

        6 guests collected and returned to airport:        (£120) X 2 = £240 (£120 each way)

        10 guests collected and returned to airport:      (£120 + £10 X 2) X 2 = £280 (£140 each way)

        15 guests collected and returned to airport:      (£120 + £10 X 7) X 2 = £380 (£190 each way)

        More than 15 guests please call for a quote. 

Please note that we assume that all the guests arrive at the same time and take the same transfer. Where guests arrive separately and want separate transfers then each transfer will be charged separately. Guests arriving earlier may wait for the later guests and take the same transfer, in which case the transfer will be treated as one transfer.

We are slightly more expensive than some companies, but this is because we offer a reliable service, with no detours to hotels, and with no extra charge if your flight is delayed.

Many flights are delayed and our experience is that this is about 90 minutes on average. We guarantee to wait for any delayed flight. Some guests who have arranged transfers privately and arrived late have found that their "Transfer, booked for a certain time, has departed and they have had to pay again for a new one.

All guests, including children are allocated a seat, and this is why all guests are charged at the same price.

4.    Taxis are available from the airport and the charge is about £120 for a 4 seater taxi, with limited boot space.

5. It is absolutely essential that guests make contact with Sid about a week before they arrive, irrespective of whether we are doing the transfers.  We strongly suggest that guests ring his mobile:  00 90 (0) 536 653 5963. This allows us to confirm all the last minute information, including the guests mobile phone number it. We want everything to run smoothly especially on the the first day of you holiday. Failure to contact Sid may result in cancellation of transfers and nobody to greet the guests when they arrive at the villa.
