The Best Rental Villas in Turkey
We already have several weeks booked for 2010. We have some Great Discounts including Small Deposits for early bookings In general we expect 25% payment with booking, and the balance 16 weeks before date of arrival. We usually book from Sunday to Sunday at the all our Villas, however for 2010 we will be booking Saturday to Saturday and Tuesday to Tuesday as well on certain dates and for certain villas. Please look at Flight Information For your security we accept Credit and Debit cards. Prices are in pounds sterling per villa and are inclusive of accommodation and bed linen, hand and bath towels. Booking early is always best. At the moment our prices for 2010 are fixed at the 2009 prices. |
One of our villas has a Heated Swimming Pool at one of our villas is available all year round, and we suggest a heated pool from November to March (Winter & Christmas holidays) |

Extra Charges For all out of peak season bookings 01/01/2010 to 18/07/2010 30/08/2010 to 031/12/2010

Large Groups An extra charge is made to cover extra wear/tear for all bookings involving more than 8 guests. This does not apply for bookings involving up to 8 guests This is to reflect the extra cost of cleaning, wear and tear. It also means that we can offer smaller groups, especially out of peak season, a really good deal. A charge of £40 per person per week is added for all bookings involving 8 or more guests (Including Children). Examples of the Extra Charge: 9 guests pay for 1 extra £40 10 guests pay for 2 extra £80 8 guests staying in early May might pay £400 for the week, whereas 16 people staying at the same villa would pay £720 (£400 + 8x £40) End of Rental Villa Cleaning There is a end of rental cleaning charge of £80. To sum up There are 2 charges for out of peak week bookings: 1. For parties of over 8 guests 2. End of rental villa cleaning Extra charges do not apply in the 6 peak weeks where there no extra charge |

| Turkish Villa Rentals: A Better Choice? |
In general we expect 25% payment with booking, and the balance 16 weeks before date of arrival. However if you book before the first of December then we take a £100 deposit per week and no more to pay till the first of December. This is great for the many guests who book more than 12 months in advance. We are happy to accept payment by debit cards and Switch, Visa or Access plastic Cards. These give you the added security that people now expect. |
