How to Book and Pay for your Villa

We are happy to send you a copy of our Booking Contract. We are happy to confirm bookings on receipt of a deposit. We know that trust is the basis of our arrangement. Please have a look at our Booking Conditions.

In general we expect 25% payment with booking, and the balance 16 weeks before date of arrival.

However if you book before the first of December then we take a £100 deposit and no more to pay till the first of December. This is great for the many guests who book more than 12 months in advance.


 

We are happy to accept payment in the UK by debit cards and Switch, Visa or Access plastic Cards. These give you the added security that people now expect. We do not make any extra charge for credit or debit cards. Please note that we do not accept credit/debit cards in Turkey. Payments for extras at the villa, which are not prepaid before arrival are in Cash only (Pounds/Turkish Liras/Euros/Dollars). A safe is available in all the villas.

We send a proper invoice on payment, and we confirm everything in writing.
