The Nesrin Villa is just the place for a lovely family holiday in Turkey. Its location in a typical Turkish Village and it’s modern amenities mean you can enjoy the authentic feel of Turkey but also will can relax and enjoy your holiday in a modern well equipped and maintained villa. The Nesrin Villa is a modern villa, with a fabulous Pool and is surrounded by an acre of the most colourful and fragrant gardens. This is why it is the Best Turkish Villa rental holiday choice. The Nesrin Villa is nearly four years old. Its shape and character are more modern with a Mediterranean feel. There is not just Air-Conditioning in the living room but all the bedrooms too. When you have a local presence, and ours is 24/7, we can ensure that the things that matter to guests, and might be overlooked by "locals", are maintained to the highest standards. So the pool is cleaned every day, and the levels of pool chemicals are checked on a daily basis. In addition we ensure that our guests have constant hot water, which is very usual in hot countries. We also make sure that there are smoke detectors and fire extinguishers which work. We have Carbon Monoxide detectors next to the gas boilers, which themselves are serviced on a regular basis. There is a large safe, large enough for cameras, laptops, passports etc as well as a modern burglar alarm at the villa. We do these things because we want to be the best. | |

The decor in the Nesrin Villa is first class with wonderful colours and fabrics, downstairs the flooring is real wood and upstairs is is modern fitted carpet. Every guest remarks about how pretty it is. All the rooms are different and all the furniture is new and well maintained. The Nesrin Villa has all the little extras that make a villa holiday special: an extra large bath with constant hot water. A downstairs shower and toilet. A living room as well as a sitting room and at least 3 places in the garden where all the family can sit and eat their BBQ. We maintain the gardens to the highest standards, the swimming pool is the same. There are mountain views to the back of the villas and sea views to the front. The Nesrin Villa has the highest number of repeat bookings of all our villas. This is perhaps because it offers almost all the features and the quality of our best villas, yet the charges are less. For a smaller family it is perfect. Nesrin is always improving the Villa. A new Kitchen was put in this year, a Ping-Pong table was added and the patio around the pool was extended. We offer a first class professional service to our guests. On arrival you will be met at the Villa, guests are given a Welcome Hamper with tea, Milk, soft drinks (in the fridge) and some light snacks. Guests can upgrade their Welcome Hamper (charges apply). Usually most guests arrive at night or very early in the morning, and when this is the case, and guests prefer, we try to ensure guests can go to bed as soon as they can. In this case we limit ourselves to "Security and Health & Safety issues", and return the following day to explain everything else in more detail . Each guest Group is given a folder on arrival with lots if information about their villa as well as whose who and what do do type information. Guests normally come to the Restaurant. (See Menu) at 10.00am on their first morning and have breakfast. Sid normally gives a short talk, answers questions and sorts out care hire, trips and shopping ect. When guests leave after breakfast somebody will normally go back to the villa with them, and show them everything: How DVD's, Washing Machine, Satellite, pool lights etc. After Breakfast Sid normally can arrange a trip for the Food Shopping. Somebody will normally go back to the villa with guests and shown them how everything works: TV, DVD etc. |
