We suggest that guests bring an up to date guide book which are always available at the departure airport. Information is available at the villas, but the information on the website is much more detailed and up to date. |
![]() ![]() A detailed map is essential and any good guide book on Turkey will have one. It is much easier to get a guide book in the UK than in Turkey. On arrival you will be met at the Villa, guests are given a Welcome Hamper with tea, Milk, soft drinks (in the fridge) and some light snacks. Guests can upgrade their Welcome Hamper (charges apply). Usually most guests arrive at night or very early in the morning, and when this is the case, and guests prefer, we try to ensure guests can go to bed as soon as they can. In this case we limit ourselves to "Security and Health & Safety issues", and return the following day to explain everything else in more detail . Each guest Group is given a folder on arrival with lots if information about their villa as well as whose who and what do do type information. Guests normally come to the restaurant at 10.00am on their first morning and have breakfast. Sid normally gives a short talk, answers questions and sorts out care hire, trips and shopping ect. When guests leave after breakfast somebody will normally go back to the villa with them, and show them everything: How DVD's, Washing Machine, Satellite, pool lights etc. Experience has taught us that by Tuesday almost all guests are happy, relaxed and settled in, but will often have questions or need help and advice. We give guests a questionnaire to make sure everything is OK and follow up and problems. We try not to be intrusive, and respect out guests privacy, but at the same time we want our guests to enjoy their holiday to the full. Help is always at hand. |
We aim to make every holiday special for each of our guests. Not just a special holiday for a family but for each member of each family. We offer not just a professional level of service but a friendly easy relaxed welcome. Most guests arrive very late at night. When you arrive there will always be somebody to greet you. Often with a call from the driver doing the transfer from the airport, the kettle will be boiled and the lights on in the pool. After greeting you and a quick what's-what and how's-that-work we leave you to enjoy your 1st night. Seljuk, known to his friends as Sid, who normally live in Milton Keynes, spends form April to November in Yesiloz. He speaks perfect English and is available 24 hours a day 7 days a week. |
